I've been a huge fan of everything you've accomplished, from BigQuery to Snowflake, and I want to express my gratitude for sharing your experience and passion throughout your career.

I remember feeling sad when I learned you left BigQuery for Snowflake, but I was also excited for Snowflake. Over the last decade, I helped many companies transition to BigQuery, but recently, especially after last year's Build event, I've started to shift towards Snowflake and take advantage of all the unique capabilities around Native App, Marketplace, and how AI has become accessible in such an open and easy way. Throughout this transition I've been thinking of you. Today in my meeting with Snowflake, your name came up and I find out you've left the Snowflake which is why I came to your blog to read this.
